Online Shopping

In order to provide you with a larger inventory from which to choose, OutYaGo has partnered with Liberty Mountain for your online shopping convenience.  Therefore, all return policies, warranty issues and shipping discrepancies will be handled by Liberty Mountain according to their current policies.  While we will do our best to keep the policies listed below up-to-date, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of this information at all times.

RETURNS, WARRANTIES, & SHIPPING DISCREPANCIES

(Liberty Mountain policy)

• All shipping discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise. Discrepancies reported after 5 business days will not be allowed.
• All returns and warranties require a Return Authorization number (R.A.#), which may be obtained from our Returns Department. Please complete the Return Request Form and submit to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .  To ensure proper credit, please clearly mark the R.A.# on the outside of the box with your returned merchandise. The Returns Department will tell you the most efficient means of return. All product returned without an R.A.# will be subject to a minimum 15% restock fee.
• Liberty will repair, replace or give credit on defective products at its sole discretion. As a general rule, Liberty Mountain follows manufacturer warranty policies when determining issues regarding repair, replacement, etc.
• Returns of items that Liberty Mountain special orders from the manufacturer will not be allowed. This includes items not in the catalog or unusually large quantities of catalog items.
• Liberty allows the return of non-defective items for up to 30 days after the invoice date. Any exception to this rule is at Liberty’s sole discretion. If Liberty, in its sole discretion, allows this type of return, a restocking fee of a minimum of 15% up to a maximum of 75% could be charged-especially if the item cannot be resold (i.e. the item has been used, price stickers are affixed, packaging is damaged, discontinued items, etc.).
• No returns on food items, special orders (non-stock or large quantities of in line products), or discontinued items.
• Orders returned by a freight delivery carrier as refused, bad address, or any other reason without prior notification or authorization will be subject to a minimum 15-75% restock fee at Liberty Mountain’s discretion.
• Warranty or defective products may take 10-15 business days for replacement.
• Non-defective returns will receive purchasing credits only. No cash refunds.
• Fees, shipping and handling charges are subject to change upon Liberty Mountain’s discretion.

Backorders

Backorders will be notified and canceled unless otherwise stated.  No backorders will be processed without prior arrangements and approval from sales representative.

Shipping

You are responsible for providing the correct billing and shipping information on the order.  Neither OutYaGo nor Liberty Mountain is liable if the product is not delivered due to a typo, use of an old address, etc.  All refused shipments and incorrect addresses are subject to a Liberty Mountain restocking fee of 25% or $20.00 (whichever is greater).  You are responsible for this restocking fee. You agree to pay any shipping and handling charges shown on the order.  Same day shipping:  All orders needing same day shipping must be received prior to Noon (MST) of that day.  (This includes rush, overnight, etc.)  Any order received after that time will not be guaranteed same day shipping (but has the potential to ship that same day).

Products

Only some of the products available for purchase on this site are available in our store.  At times, prices displayed on this site may differ from the price available in our store.

OutYaGo is not responsible for any injuries resulting from products that are bought through this website.  OutYaGo is not the manufacturer and all warranties are handled by the manufacturer.  Therefore, any faulty equipment liability lies with the manufacturer.

Complaints

Complaints regarding products purchased through this website should be registered directly with Liberty Mountain by phone at (800)366-2666.  Complaints regarding services should be registered with OutYaGo by phone at 719-836-9400, in person at the store located at 29 S. Main Street, Alma, Colorado, or by writing to us at PO Box 275, Alma, Colorado 80420.

Event Calendar

As a public service, OutYaGo will list community events.  OutYaGo reserves the right to remove or prohibit certain events from being listed at its discretion. OutYaGo will do its best to keep the calendar up-to-date.  However, we cannot guarantee that an event will happen.  It is your responsibility to check with the event coordinator prior to the event to ensure that it has not been cancelled; all dates and venues are subject to change.  We also cannot guarantee that the information listed about the event is correct.  For all third party events, OutYaGo is not responsible for anything that happens at the event.  Outdoor activities:  Some types of outdoor activities require a certain level of skill to safely participate.  These activities include, but are not limited to hiking, mountain biking, road biking, cross country skiing, rock climbing, ice climbing and snow shoeing.  OutYaGo is not responsible for any information that is omitted or incorrect regarding activities and the skill level required.  OutYaGo is also not responsible for any injuries that may result from your participation in these events.

OutYaGo is providing an interactive area on this website for users to post communications.  You cannot become a member of the OutYaGo.com forum without accepting this agreement.
