Combining powerful two-way tranceivers with GPS navigation and color mapping, these feature-packed RINO units keep you on track and in touch with your fellow adventurers. Easily keep track of the location of others in your party with Garmin's patented position-reporting capability. New high-sensitivity receivers make them even more reliable in challenging conditions. The RINO 520 packs 5 watts of transmit power for a range of up to 14 miles. MicroSD port allows for expanded memory for additional uploaded maps. Stores up to 50 routes, 500 waypoints and 20 tracks. And of course they're waterproof. For hikers and climbers, the equally powerful Rino 530 adds an electronic compass, barometric altimeter and an NOAA weather receiver to the mix.
